Today\u2019s introduction is another board gamer who is near and\ndear to my heart. We\u2019ve already met Number One. So, today, let\u2019s get to know\nJaneway a little bit better. Around here, I call her Janeway, but at home, she\nis Abby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite board game, and what do you like about it?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheriff of Nottingham<\/a> because it is fun to mess with people like Kyle. Kittens in the Blender<\/a> for the same reason. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Have you learned anything from playing board games?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That you have to think ahead when you are trying to solve a problem because something may come up that will affect your initial plan. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Do you ever feel that people underestimate you because you are a teenager when they play board games with you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Especially if it is someone that I\u2019ve never met or played a game with. I use it to my advantage like holding on to my good cards and act like I don\u2019t totally know what I\u2019m doing, and once they are complacent, I\u2019ll start playing all of my good cards. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite thing about playing board games with the Traverse City Board Gamers? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyle has such a wide variety of games to play, and messing with Kyle because his reactions are so great. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

What type of gamer are you? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think I\u2019m like Eric<\/a> in that I like to mess with people, but I don\u2019t think I\u2019m as good as he is. I\u2019m not totally out to get people but I do like to mess with them. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

What is your greatest achievement in board games?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probably a time that I\u2019ve beaten Eric. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Where would you like to see TCBG go in the future? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
